The speaker power adapter's power cord connector is not grounded, posing a potential shock hazard to consumers.
What to do
Consumers should unplug the T-junction plug immediately and stop using the speakers. Consumers should contact Philips Electronics for a free replacement speaker power adapter.

The adapters were sold between October 2000 and April 2002 for about $34.
