What's the hazard
Prevost Car (US) Inc. (Prevost) is recalling certain exterior driver side mirrors with part number 990648. The mirror exhibits excessive play and may detach.
What to do
Prevost will inspect and replace the mirror as necessary, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters explaining the safety risk were mailed by March 10, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Prevost's customer service at 1-866-870-2046. Prevost's number for this recall is ER26-006.
