NEW FLYER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008-2009 HEAVY DUTY TRANSIT BUSES. THE RADIUS ROD BRACKET WHICH ATTACHES THE FRONT AXLE RADIUS RODS TO THE VEHICLE FRAME MAY BE MISSING TWO OF THE FOUR REQUIRED WELDS.
What to do
DEALERS WILL INSPECT FOR RADIUS ROD BRACKETS AND WILL BE REPLACED WITH CERTIFIED PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON DECEMBER 13, 2010. OWNERS MAY CONTACT NEW FLYER AT 1-204-934-4876.
