Consumers should have the model and batch number available, which can be found on the side of the axes’ shaft. Consumers can either contact C.A.M.P. for a free repair kit with instructions to repair the axes themselves or have the firm repair the ice axes. The firm will send the consumer a prepaid shipping label and packaging to return the recalled axes to the firm.
